We supplied the previous kitchen for this client in their property on Surrey’s most exclusive private estate about fifteen years ago. They were so pleased with the quality of their previous Beckermann kitchen and the service that we provided during that process and the support thereafter, that we were a natural choice when they decided to embark on a complete and remarkable transformation of their family home in 2023/4.

 

The brief was essentially dark, warm, dramatic and functional for a busy family.

 

A cornerstone element of the design was the requirement for all the ovens and a coffee machine to be at eye level.  So fast forward to the end of the build and here we have a stunning kitchen in a mixture of Beckermann’s “Dover Cracked Oak” natural veneer and “Colorado Coffee” satin lacquer. Worktops are a dark brown quartz with vein matching where possible and you will notice some impressive three dimensional mitre joins to give the appearance of a solid stone slab at the end of the island opposite the ovens.

 

A true fusion of form and function, and a project we have thoroughly enjoyed being part of.
